Cook & eat an authentic Louisiana meal! In this highly-interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs. Afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created. These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing five cook tops. Singles may be paired with another individual. what_is_included: ## Menu - Chicken and Andouille Gumbo - Traditional Louisiana soup made with Chicken, Andouille Sausage, Onions, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and thickened with a dark roux. - Seafood Jumbalaya - Pralines

By default, we assign participants to cooktops with other members of their reservation.
